TR renews the Top Employer 2025 certification as one of the best companies to work for

  • This certification is awarded by the Top Employers Institute, a global organization whose objective is to identify companies that achieve a level of excellence in talent development and people management.
  • The audit carried out by the Institute analyzes several key areas: attraction and development of talent, organizational culture, benefits and compensation, and well-being and balance.
  • The certification confirms that Técnicas Reunidas applies best practices in relation to more than 10,000 employees —33% more than three years ago— most of whom are highly qualified engineers.

Técnicas Reunidas renews the official Top Employer 2025 certification, which recognizes it as a company committed to creating an attractive working environment promoting people’s growth and well-being, and consolidating its position as one of the best companies to work for.

This certification is awarded by the Top Employers Institute, a global organization, founded over 30 years ago, which distinguishes the best companies to work for, meaning that they achieve a level of excellence in the development of talent and the management of their people.

The Institute’s Human Resources Best Practices Audit has already certified some 2,300 companies as benchmark employers in 121 countries with a total of more than 9 million employees.

This audit is carried out by applying rigorous assessment criteria that analyze practices in the following key areas:

  • Talent attraction: recruitment processes based on best practices and respectful of equal opportunity, diversity and the company’s corporate culture.
  • Talent development: programs and opportunities for employees’ professional growth.
  • Organizational culture: quality and consistency of the working environment and the corporate culture.
  • Benefits and compensation packages that are competitive and aligned with market best practices.
  • Initiatives to promote physical and mental well-being and work-life balance.

Técnicas Reunidas applies best practices in these five key areas for a workforce currently including more than 10,000 employees —up 33% from three years ago— most of whom are highly qualified engineers working from Spain.
