The culture of prevention is the basis for initiatives aimed at ensuring the safety and health of all employees, as well as the supply chain.
We execute large industrial projects of an international, multidisciplinary and multicultural nature.
In each of them, our commitment to the safety and health of our employees is fundamental. One of TR’s top priorities is to ensure that all phases of a plant´s execution until its handover are carried out safely for all employees.
Such a culture contributes greatly both to the protection of the physical integrity of all employees involved in projects in all their phases, as well as to the integrity of the facilities that are delivered to clients for operation by incorporating protective measures, which reduce risk to a greater extent.
Through our ongoing training programs we aim to inform and raise awareness among employees, suppliers and subcontractors of their obligations and responsibilities.
Training is fundamental to prevent and promote the creation and standardization of a corporate Health and Safety culture for all employees, as well as suppliers and subcontractors with whom we work. Encouraging their participation in the tasks of prevention and treatment of problems related to working conditions and co-responsibility at different levels of the organization.
