International Women in Engineering Day

At Técnicas Reunidas, we join the celebration of International Women in Engineering Day, held every June 23rd, by recognizing the essential role women play in industrial development and in the advancement of our sector.

To mark the occasion, Industrial Engineer and Director of Procurement Lola Serrano, and Industrial Engineer and Static Equipment Specialist Laura Guinarte, engage in a conversation reflecting on the challenges, achievements, and lessons that have shaped their careers in engineering.

This exchange highlights the different paths these two women have taken, both in terms of education and responsibilities, as well as the diversity of perspectives and the shared commitment of our professionals to continue driving technical excellence, innovation, and progress in the sector.
