S&P Global includes TR in its 2026 Yearbook

Técnicas Reunidas has been included, for the second consecutive year, in the prestigious Sustainability Yearbook 2026 by Standard & Poor’s Global, thus consolidating its position as one of the leading companies in sustainability at an international level.

The Company obtained 64 points in the 2025 Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), representing a four-point improvement over the previous year. This progress reflects Técnicas Reunidas’ commitment to integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria into its strategy and operations.

In the 2026 edition of the S&P Sustainability Yearbook, more than 9,200 companies were evaluated. However, only 848 companies succeeded in being included in the Yearbook, which highlights the high standards of the selection process.

This distinction, awarded by S&P Global, places the Company within the “Energy Equipment & Services” industry. To be considered, the company must participate in S&P Global’s Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) and meet the following criteria:

• Rank within the top 15% of its industry in terms of CSA score.
• Achieve a CSA score that falls within the top 30% of the best-performing companies in its sector.
