Técnicas Reunidas reinforces the integration Artificial Intelligence in its digitalization processes through an agreement with Google Cloud

• The agreement is part of the Digital Transformation Plan that Técnicas Reunidas is developing which is speeding up the process of incorporating the most advanced digital technologies into its value chain.
• The main objective is to achieve greater efficiencies and contribute to the sustainability of Técnicas Reunidas projects.

Google Cloud and Técnicas Reunidas have reached a strategic collaboration agreement to give a boost to the digitalization of this Spanish engineering company through the greater integration of Artificial Intelligence in its processes.

The first concrete achievements of this agreement will focus on strengthening the application of Artificial Intelligence to document management and the development of content in Técnicas Reunidas’ mobile devices.

The application of Artificial Intelligence models to document management will make it possible to identify, extract and integrate specific information from different sources and disciplines, improving communications and instructions between professionals interacting in the same project. In addition, the use of machine learning technologies will make it possible to intelligently manage large volumes of data.

In turn, the management of content through mobile devices will optimize resources and improve the quality of processes.

This agreement has been highlighted by Google Cloud and Técnicas Reunidas as a good example of the synergies that can be obtained through strategic collaboration between digital and industrial companies, and demonstrates the growing interrelationship between them.
According to Marcos Bauer, Director of IT and Digital Transformation at Técnicas Reunidas, “Google Cloud’s artificial intelligence platform will make it possible to implement various initiatives planned in our Digital Transformation Plan so that the combination between engineering and Artificial Intelligence optimizes processes and provides efficiency gains.”
