Técnicas Reunidas has published its 2025 Integrated Report, summarizing its current situation and future objectives. The document outlines its financial and non-financial performance, as well as its contribution to decarbonization and its environmental impact. It also includes information on human resources, the environment, the supply chain, R&D&I, and relations with local communities.
During 2025, the Técnicas Reunidas Group generated €6.466 billion euros inrevenue, a 45% increase over the previous year. In addition, the Company increased its workforce by 15%, reaching 12,046 professionals of 114 nationalities. The employee accident rate (TRIR) in 2025 was 0.000, compared to 0.026 in 2024, representing a 100% reduction year-over-year. Meanwhile, procurement and subcontracting grew by 55%, reaching €4.986 billion, corresponding to total purchases from equipment and material suppliers and construction subcontractors.
In the social sphere, €2,695,605 was allocated to social action initiatives, including collaboration with organizations that promote education, health, and social impact entrepreneurship projects, as well as programs related to culture and civil society. These efforts are complemented by contributions from corporate volunteering initiatives, developed within the framework of various social projects.
